About Our Community
The Village at Seabrook is a 42 acre Planned Unit Development, of 101 homesites, that combines the neighborly feel of Island communities from the past, with the amenities of a modern neighborhood. Home Plans for the Village range in size from approximately 1700sq feet to 2900sq feet, and are modeled after a traditional "Beach Community" home with metal roofing, covered porch's, and an abundance of windows.
