The Village at Seabrook is a community of 101 home sites located at the northern end of beautiful Seabrook Island. Having been designed with the theme of a traditional Lowcountry village, houses are close together and house styles are closely controlled. Consisting of two pools, two pool houses, an oyster shed and protected promontory/picnic area overlooking Palmetto Lake, the Village at Seabrook has amenities that serve as the centerpiece of our community. These common areas are supported and maintained through annual assessments paid by Village homeowners. 

In meeting its responsibility to keep the Village in the best possible condition, the Village at Seabrook Property Owners Association also mows all unimproved lots. Once a home has been approved to be built on a lot, the owner assumes all responsibility for mowing and maintaining the property.

All new homeowners will receive a welcome letter from the Village at Seabrook Property Owners Association which will contain a link for the community website. New owners should call our property manager, Mr. Owen Gudridge of Ravenel Associates, at 843.768.9480 to obtain a key card for the pools and picnic areas.
